• Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
• All females must secure a muhram.
• $300 deposit is due by Saturday, May 29th.
• All documents and final payment are due by Monday, June 7th.

Father, husband, brother, uncle, grandfather, or son 18 years of age or older.

Cancellation fee of $300 per person after payment is received and tickets are issued. Once the visa is issued, a cancellation fee of $500 per person will be applied.

• Original passport valid for at least 6 months from travel date (minimum of 2 blank visa pages).
• Non-American citizens, clear copy of green card (front and back), or advanced payroll.
• Two (2) recent passport size photos with white background and name on back.
• Visa application typed or filled out in ink. One application per person.
• Original vaccination certificate for meningitis vaccine.
• If carrying a non Muslim name, need a certificate from the Imam of Islamic Center indicating you are a Muslim.
• Females holding a different last name than the muhram, require proof of relation (marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc.).
• In accordance with the practices of the Saudi embassy/consulate: Women traveling alone must be 45 years or older and require a notarized permission letter from a muhram indicating that he has no objection and permits her to travel for Umrah with Dar El Salam Travel Group.
